Dear Valued Patient,
As you may know, I recently joined a new practice, Houston Cardiovascular Associates (HCVA) in the Museum District, and was thrilled to continue your care there. Unfortunately, I am temporarily unavailable to practice as I was recently struck by an 18-wheeler while on a walk.
I am grateful to share that I will ultimately be okay, but my recovery will take some time.
In the meantime, my colleagues at HCVA and I have a clear plan to support your cardiovascular care until I return – yes, I absolutely plan to return! Your health and continuity of care are extremely important to me, and I do not want there to be any delay in your treatment.

During my recovery, HCVA is fully equipped to support all your ongoing medical needs, including prescription refills, follow-up visits, blood work, imaging testing, and any necessary lab testing.
